How are Tritan pieces made?
Every Tritan piece is printed-to-order in the United States. Nothing sits in a warehouse. Your order goes into production once it's placed, on the canvas, ceramic, sherpa, or vinyl substrate you've chosen, with archival pigment inks built to hold colour.
When will my order arrive?
Please allow 3–7 business days for production, then 5–10 business days for standard delivery. You'll receive a tracking email the moment your order ships.
Where do you ship?
We ship within the contiguous United States. We do not offer international shipping or shipping to Alaska and Hawaii at this time.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, free standard shipping on every order of $35 or more. Orders under $35 are charged at cost based on weight and destination, calculated at checkout.
What is your 30-Day Happiness Guarantee?
If you don't love it, tell us within 30 days of delivery. We'll reprint it or refund you, whichever you'd rather have. Keep the original either way, there's nothing to mail back. The one thing we can't do is swap a size, because every piece is printed just for you.
What if my piece arrives damaged or has a defect?
Email us at contact@shoptritan.com within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We'll reprint it or refund you, whichever you'd rather have, and you don't need to send anything back.
Can I return or exchange an item?
There's nothing to return. Every piece is printed just for you, so we can't take it back or swap it for a different size. What we can do is make it right: if you're unhappy for any reason within 30 days, the Happiness Guarantee covers you with a reprint or a refund, and you keep the original.
My breed isn't on the site. Can you make it?
We're constantly adding new breeds. Tell us which one you'd like to see at contact@shoptritan.com and we'll add it to the request list. Popular requests get prioritised.
How does the print quality hold up?
Each piece is printed on premium materials with archival inks designed to resist fading. Canvases are stretched and finished to gallery standards. Other substrates (mugs, blankets, phone cases, stickers, coasters) are produced by trusted U.S. partners using the same original artwork.
