Return Policy

Returns & Refunds

Because all products are made to order and custom printed, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing selections, or buyer's remorse.

We will gladly make it right if your order arrives:

• Damaged or defective (e.g., cracked canvas, torn blanket, broken mug)
• Misprinted or significantly different from what was shown on the product page
• Incorrect item shipped (wrong design, wrong product type, or wrong size)

To request a replacement or refund for a qualifying issue, please email contact@shoptritan.com within 14 days of delivery with:

1. Your order number
2. A clear photo of the issue
3. A brief description of the problem

We will review your request within 2 business days and either send a free replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement, provided production has not already begun. To cancel, email contact@shoptritan.com with your order number as soon as possible. Once an order enters production, it cannot be cancelled.
