Tritan, LLC ("Tritan," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website shoptritan.com and related sales channels (including TritanUS on Etsy). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information about you when you visit our website, make a purchase, sign up for marketing, or interact with us in any other way.

By using shoptritan.com, you agree to the practices described below. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.


1. Who we are

Tritan, LLC is a US-based small business selling premium dog-breed art and home goods — including canvas wall art, posters, stickers, mugs, blankets, phone cases, coasters, and related products. All products are printed-to-order in the United States through our fulfillment partner.

2. Information we collect

2.1 Information you provide directly

  • Account & order information — name, billing address, shipping address, email address, phone number (optional), order history.
  • Payment information — credit/debit card details processed via Shopify Payments and other PCI-compliant payment processors. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
  • Marketing preferences — opt-in status for email and SMS marketing, communication preferences.
  • Customer service communications — content of messages you send us via email, contact forms, or chat.

2.2 Information collected automatically

  • Device & usage data — IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, time spent on pages, click paths.
  • Cookies & similar technologies — see Section 5.
  • Analytics data — aggregated session data via Google Analytics 4 and Shopify Analytics.

2.3 Information from third parties

  • Order and fulfillment status updates from our print provider (Printify).
  • Information from social platforms when you interact with our content (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest) — subject to those platforms' own privacy policies.
  • Information from payment processors confirming or declining transactions.

3. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Process and fulfill orders — accept payment, route orders to our print provider, ship products, send confirmations and tracking, handle returns and exchanges.
  • Communicate with you — respond to support requests, send order updates, send marketing emails if you have opted in.
  • Improve the website and products — analyze how visitors use the site, fix bugs, develop new product lines, refine recommendations.
  • Personalize your experience — show you products and content relevant to the breeds, styles, or categories you have shown interest in.
  • Run marketing campaigns — send promotional emails through Klaviyo (if you have opted in), serve ads on Pinterest, Instagram, TikTok, and Google (using anonymized or hashed data where applicable).

We use cookies, pixels, and similar tracking technologies to operate the site, remember your preferences, analyze traffic, and serve relevant advertising.

shoptritan.com is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Tritan is based in the United States, and our data is stored on servers in the United States. If you are visiting from outside the US, your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States. By using our website, you consent to such transfer.

For EEA / UK / Swiss users: we rely on standard contractual clauses and other lawful transfer mechanisms as required.

14. Tritan iOS Apps

Our iOS applications (including Tritan Wallpapers, available on the Apple App Store) operate entirely on your device and do not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data, usage analytics, or telemetry. All in-app purchases are processed by Apple via StoreKit; we do not have access to your payment information. Saving wallpapers to your Photo Library is a one-way operation that occurs locally on your device.
