If you're not completely happy with your Tritan order for any reason — including if it arrives damaged, misprinted, or isn't what you hoped for — contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right with a free replacement or a full refund, your choice. Because every physical piece is printed to order specifically for you, there are no restocking fees and nothing to mail back — the original is yours to keep.

How to Request a Replacement or Refund

Email us at contact@shoptritan.com within 30 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• A brief note on what went wrong (and a clear photo if your item arrived damaged or misprinted)
• Whether you prefer a free replacement or a full refund

We review every request within 1–2 business days and take care of you right away.

Digital Downloads (Printable PDF Coloring Books)

Our $5.99 Printable PDF coloring books are instant digital downloads delivered via email link immediately after checkout. Because digital files cannot be returned once accessed, Printable PDF orders are final sale. If your download link does not arrive within a few minutes or you experience any trouble opening or printing your file, email us at contact@shoptritan.com and we will take care of you right away. (Printed-to-order paperback coloring books are physical items and are fully covered by our 30-Day Happiness Guarantee above.)

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After that, your piece has entered production and cannot be cancelled. Contact us immediately at contact@shoptritan.com if you need to cancel.

Fair Use

We may ask for photo evidence to process any claim, and we reserve the right to require the return of an item, or to decline a claim, in cases of repeated or suspected abuse of this guarantee.
