If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please email us at contact@shoptritan.com within 30 days of delivery with a clear photo of the issue. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund. You do not need to return the item.
Because every Tritan piece is printed to order specifically for you, there is no return to ship and nothing to mail back. Your 30-Day Happiness Guarantee still covers you: if you're unhappy for any reason within 30 days, we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund, your choice, and the original is yours to keep. The one thing we can't do is exchange a piece for a different size, since each one is printed for a single order rather than pulled from stock.
We may ask for photo evidence to process any claim, and we reserve the right to require the return of an item, or to decline a claim, in cases of repeated or suspected abuse of this guarantee.
Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After that, your piece has entered production and cannot be cancelled. Contact us immediately at contact@shoptritan.com if you need to cancel.
