Return and Refund Policy

 

At Tritan, LLC, we take pride in the quality of our products. Due to the custom and print-on-demand nature of our items, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind.

 

We will, however, gladly accept returns or offer a replacement or refund in the following cases:

 

  • The item arrived damaged or defective
  • - The wrong item was sent (incorrect product, design, size, or color)

How to Request a Return or Replacement

 

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you believe your item qualifies under the above conditions, contact us within 30 days of delivery at contact@shoptritan.com with the following:

 

  • Your order number
  • - A clear photo of the item showing the issue
  • - A brief description of the problem

Once we review and approve your request, we will send you a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.

 

Items sent back without first contacting us and receiving approval will not be accepted.
