If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please email us at contact@shoptritan.com within 30 days of delivery with a clear photo of the issue. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — you do not need to return the item.
Because every Tritan piece is printed to order specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer's remorse. Our 30-Day Happiness Guarantee still applies — if you're unhappy for any reason within 30 days, we'll take care of you.
Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After that, your piece has entered production and cannot be cancelled. Contact us immediately at contact@shoptritan.com if you need to cancel.
