Attach your photo on this page before you check out, or email it to contact@shoptritan.com afterwards with your order number. Any clear photo works, and natural light is best.
We render your dog in your chosen style and email you a digital preview within 3–5 days, before anything prints. If it hasn’t arrived, check your spam or junk folder.
Once you approve (or 2 days after your preview with no reply, when we print our artist’s pick), your portrait is printed on archival-grade canvas, stretched over solid wood, and ready to hang.

Yes. We study the reference photo and capture coat color, eye color, and distinctive markings. Better photo = better likeness.

8×10 suits a desk, a shelf or a gallery wall. 11×14 sits well above a nightstand or a side table. 16×20 is the first size that holds a wall on its own, covering four times the wall area of an 8×10, and 20×24 covers six times. If it is going above a sofa, a bed or a console, choose 16×20 or larger. Every style comes in all four sizes at the same price.
We email your digital preview within 3–5 days. If you don’t see it, please check your spam or junk folder, or write to contact@shoptritan.com. Once you approve, it prints and ships in another 7–10 business days. If we haven’t heard back 2 days after sending your preview, we print the version our artist recommends so your portrait isn’t held up.
Yes. Choose how many dogs in the buy box and each extra dog is $24.99. Send one clear photo of each, and if the composition won't work we'll tell you honestly before we start. As with every portrait, we email you the preview before anything is printed.
We email you a preview before anything is printed, so it should rarely get that far. If it does, even when we printed our artist’s pick because we didn’t hear back, tell us within 30 days and we'll reprint it or refund you, whichever you'd rather have. Keep the canvas either way.
