Every Tritan piece is printed to order at our US facility. Please allow 3–7 business days for production before your order ships.
We ship within the contiguous United States only. We do not offer international shipping or shipping to Alaska and Hawaii at this time.
Orders of $35 or more qualify for free standard shipping. Orders under $35 are charged at cost based on weight and destination, calculated at checkout.
After production (3–7 business days), standard delivery typically takes an additional 5–10 business days depending on your location.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first. Then contact us at contact@shoptritan.com.
