Every Tritan piece is printed to order by our production partners. Please allow 3–7 business days for production before your order ships.
We ship to all 50 United States, including Alaska and Hawaii, and to Canada. We are unable to ship anywhere else at this time.
Orders of $75.00 or more qualify for free standard shipping nationwide. Orders under the free shipping threshold are charged at cost based on weight and destination, calculated at checkout.
After production (3–7 business days), standard delivery typically takes an additional 5–10 business days depending on your location. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada take longer, and the exact time depends on the carrier and the destination.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first. Then contact us at contact@shoptritan.com.
